Past Pupils Union

Are You Interested in Joining our PPU ?

St. Joseph’s has a vibrant Past Pupils’ Union, which was first established in 1958. Its members meet on a monthly basis during school term and new members are always welcome.
Among the activities organised by the Union are:

  1. The Peadar Mc Cann awards for student achievement.
  2. Presentation of school ties to the Sixth Year students who are graduating.
  3. Assisting St. Joseph’s CBS school in its work with students.
  4. Supporting other Christian Brothers schools and outreach programmes in India and Africa and on other missions abroad.
  5. Establishing a data base of past pupils and facilitating contact and reunions between former students.
  6. Linking up with past pupils and encouraging them to share their expertise, work and life experiences with the current students and school community.
